General Notary Work
California Law is $15 per each notarized signature. Example, if you have one document that requires the husband and wife to sign the document, the charge will be $30, ($15 x 2 signers) plus my travel/convenience fee.
Home Loan Packages (Purchase/Refinance/Seller Package/Loan Modifications)
Flat Rate Fee: $150 – $250: Price depends if there are 1 or 2 signers since 2 signers will increase the number of required notarized signatures in loan documents. Travel fee is included in the Flat Rate Fee so please call to obtain your specific quote.
Trust Estate Packages
– $175-$225: Price depends if it’s 1 or 2 signers since 2 signers increase the number of notarized signatures within the Trust Estate package.
This flare rate fee will include the signing and notarization of: Power of Attorney, Declaration of Trust, Trust Agreement, Health Care Directive Form, Certificate of Trust and any other documents that may need to be signed. As an experienced Paralegal, I will ensure each of these documents are properly signed, notarized and completed, error-free.
In California, Last Will & Testament only requires 2 witnesses therefore if you provide your own 2 witnesses, I do not charge to have your Will signed/witnessed since it’s included in the Trust Estate flat rate. However, if you need 2 witnesses, I can serve as one witness (no charge) and a $50 fee for the 2nd witness I bring to the appointment. (This fee is payable to the 2nd witness)
Trust Estate Packages
– $999 – Single Revocable Trust and $1200 for Married Couples
This include the legal preparation of: Power of Attorney, Declaration of Trust, Preparation of new Grant Deed (must place the house into the Trust) Trust Agreement, Health Care Directive Form, Certificate of Trust, Last Will & Testament and any other documents that may need to be included in your Living Trust. As an experienced legal professional, I will ensure each of these documents are properly prepared, notarized and completed, error-free.
Pricing for individual Trust Estate documents:
– $150 for Financial or Medical Power of Attorney – $250 for Real Estate Deeds – This includes the preparation of the required Tax Affidavit, preparation of Preliminary Change of Report & County Cover Sheet which is required for any new recording of real estate grant deed.

$225 – 7 to 10 Business Days. (Documents that require Notarization)
$350 – 5 to 7 Business Days. (Documents that require Notarization)
$450 – Document to be returned next day. (Documents that require Notarization)
1. I will personally drive to your home/office to pick up your documents.
2. FREE notary service for Apostilles (Each document must be notarized before it can be Apostilled)

4. Fed Ex shipping, courier services and Apostille fees payable to Secretary of State are all included in pricing listed above.
5. Translation services are also available for documents that require to be translated into a another language (additional fees apply for translation services)
